1.Fee Payment & Refund
- Course fees once paid are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable
No refund will be provided after:
- Course commencement
- Access to study materials / classes is granted
2.Exceptional Situations
Refunds may be considered only in the following cases:
- Duplicate payment made by the student
- Payment deducted but enrollment not confirmed
- Verified technical issue from our side preventing course access
In such cases:
- Refund will be processed within 7–10 working days
- Amount will be credited to the original payment method
3.Batch / Postponement Option
- Students may request batch transfer or postponement (subject to availability)
- Approval depends on management discretion
4.Course Cancellation by RAMJEE Academy
- If a course is cancelled by the academy, full refund will be issued
